  1. Would you expect it to work when ‘whatever’ is not available?
  2. Were you logged in?
  3. What level of authority do you have?
  4. Could it be a file permissions thing?

This site is created with WordPress reusable blocks. They don’t normally appear in dashboard, but I’ve enabled the admin interface. It only works for Administrators.
