If you haven’t solved the problem after going through the Asker’s, Askee’s and SQA’s questions then it’s time to call in the big guns. Ask the domain expert before the project manager. The PM will ask you if you’ve asked the domain expert anyway.
Note: We’re assuming that the expert isn’t going to charge silly money.
